Dualtron X Limited is an amazing scooter!!! The deck, light, display. Everything about the scooter is great. MiniMotors delivered it in perfect condition. Have needed some customer help a few times already. Customer service is by far the best so far. Helped me through my issue no problems. Explained every detail to me. A+ for sure without a doubt!!!

So just received my Dualtron X Limited. This thing is a beast!!! I love this scooter!! I’ve a few. Everything about this scooter is crazy!!! The deck length and how comfortable I am riding it. I’ve had some scooters where I’m just over riding them in 15mins. This one is amazingly comfortable!!! The screen is crazy, just everything!! I called MiniMotors for help with the app Cooper went over everything with me and said to call whenever I had any issues or questions. Super duper helpful!! Shout out to MiniMotors for delivering the scooter in perfect condition and for the help with everything I needed. 5 stars from me for sure!!

Where do I Begin? I started looking at the Dultron line a few years back. I finally decided to purchase one upon arrival I was like a kid at a candy store. I had all the gear ready for some awesome rides or after about a month or so I was riding my scooter when all of a sudden the brakes slam Dawn causing me to have to jump off, and the back controller burst into flames!!! I took it to Repair Shop and they said entire controller was Melted. Dultron is aware of the problem as it has happened to previous clients. Their solution was to change out the controller for the exact same one. However, this made no sense since they already stated these controllers have some issue that is causing them to overheat. The technician stated the wires need to be more insulated, and some of them are too close together I sent a letter to Mini motors, explaining the situation that I would not be taking back the scooter until they fix the bug in the entire Dultron x and storm line of scooters.
